Agreement to Terms

By using the services of NorthLine Cuyahoga Falls Towing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services means you accept any changes we make.

Services Provided

We provide towing and roadside assistance services throughout Cuyahoga Falls, OH and surrounding areas. Our services include emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing. Service availability may vary based on weather conditions, traffic, and other factors beyond our control.

Payment and Pricing

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Prices are based on the type of service, distance, vehicle type, and time of day. We will provide you with a quote before beginning work whenever possible. Additional fees may apply for after-hours service, hazardous conditions, or specialty vehicles.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle and location. You must remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before towing. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. You agree that you are the owner of the vehicle or have the legal right to authorize towing services. If your vehicle is parked illegally or on private property, you are responsible for any related fees or legal issues.

Liability and Insurance

We maintain proper insurance and take care to handle your vehicle safely. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage that occurs due to the condition of your vehicle. We are not liable for indirect damages such as loss of income, missed appointments, or rental car costs. Our liability is limited to the actual cost of repairs for damage directly caused by our negligence, up to the limits of our insurance policy.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your service request, please call us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if our truck is already en route to your location. Once services have been completed, refunds are not available. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes about our services, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of Summit County, Ohio, and Ohio state law will apply. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation.
